Customer Service Sales Representative (Dutch‑Speaking) Hybrid HS03

Dutch-speaking customer service and sales role handling inbound calls, emails and chat plus outbound follow-ups for post-sales requests. Hybrid position based in Valencia, Spain, paying €20,000 gross/year base plus a performance bonus.

• Handle inbound calls, emails, chat and tasks for post-sales requests
• Reply quickly and effectively to inbound queries
• Make outbound calls to solve customer and internal issues
• Create quotes and follow up with cross-selling/up-selling
• Maintain knowledge of the store portfolio and post-sales processes
• Manage cancellations, claims, delivery follow-up, refunds and escalations
• Use CRM and order status tools with a customer-centric approach

• Dutch proficiency
• Fluent English
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience
• Strong communication skills
• Sales techniques knowledge
• Customer-driven and motivated by sales
• Target and achievement oriented
• IT knowledge and technical understanding
