- Demonstrate product or service value to customers
- Sell and/or renew contracts
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts
- Handle customer concerns and roadblocks
- Manage high-volume customer contacts by phone and email
- Maintain CRM data
- Qualify and convert leads
- Report to a Sales Manager
