- Act as first customer contact

- Collaborate with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers
- Collect and relay customer feedback
What you'll need
- Bilingual or proficient in Finnish
- Fluent in English
- 1-2 years IT sales or account management experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce
