About the role
Contract role placing and receiving phone calls on behalf of US customers to complete tasks such as reservations, appointment scheduling, and vendor confirmations. Open only to remote contractors in LATAM, with shift-based availability up to 20 hours per week and fluent English required.
What you'll do
- Place and receive phone calls on behalf of customers
- Handle reservations, appointment scheduling, and vendor confirmations
- Engage businesses and service providers professionally
- Navigate phone menus, hold queues, and call centers
- Document call outcomes and important details
- Handle a high volume of short, consecutive calls
- Collaborate with other remote professionals
- Uphold professionalism and discretion with sensitive information
What you'll need
- Fluent, neutral, and clear spoken English
- Confidence in making outbound calls, including cold calls
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Quiet work environment
- Quality wired or USB headset
- Committed shift-based availability
- Genuine weekend availability for a portion of the team
