About the role
Onboarding Specialist for a dental software platform, guiding dental practices through setup and training. Requires prior ZFA/ZMV or dental reception experience, German C1 and good English; hybrid in Berlin or remote.
What you'll do
- Guide new dental practices through Roger setup
- Train practice teams
- Advise practices on workflows and solutions
- Show features that save practices time
- Feed practice feedback into product
- Collaborate with Sales, Product and Support
- Develop processes with the team
What you'll need
- Experience as ZFA, ZMV or dental practice reception
- Interest in digitalization and new tools
- Enjoy explaining and motivating people
- Empathy, patience and clear communication
- Hands-on mentality
- German at C1 level
- Good English
