About the role
Aline, a senior-care technology platform, is hiring an Executive Customer Success Manager to own one to three strategic enterprise accounts. The role focuses on executive relationships, multi-year success plans, renewals forecasting and mentoring other CSMs, and pays $125,000–135,000 per year.
What you'll do
- Act as trusted advisor and main executive point of contact for 1-3 strategic customers
- Build multi-threaded relationships across customers' C-suite and senior leadership
- Co-create multi-year success plans tied to business outcomes and ROI
- Lead Executive Business Reviews with C-level stakeholders
- Monitor health metrics and proactively address risks
- Forecast renewals and provide strategic insights to customers and internally
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, influencing product roadmap
- Mentor and guide other CSMs on executive engagement and enterprise account management
What you'll need
- 7-10+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting
- Proven experience owning executive-level relationships at enterprise customers
- Strong background navigating complex organizations
- Demonstrated success managing multimillion-dollar ARR accounts
- Executive presence to influence CxO stakeholders
- Experience using a Customer Success Management Platform
- Comprehensive knowledge of Customer Success best practices
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
