Telesales Executive ‑ Automotive

This is an on-site telesales role in Cairo focused on calling potential and existing customers, explaining products, closing sales, and maintaining customer records. It requires proven telesales or sales/customer service experience and excellent English, with health and life insurance plus learning opportunities offered.

• Contact potential or existing customers using scripts
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Understand customer requirements and close sales
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders accurately
• Handle grievances to preserve company reputation
• Keep records of calls and sales

• Proven experience as a telesales representative or in sales/customer service
• Track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone
• Knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems
• Ability to learn and explain products and services
• Excellent English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation and issue-resolution skills
