What you'll do
- Record, process, and track customer orders in the ERP system
- Create quotes in consultation with the sales team

- Create reports on sales activities, order status, and customer satisfaction
What you'll need
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Experience in inside sales is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Experience with ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
- Good English skills in speaking and writing
