What you'll do
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, calls, and follow-ups to generate qualified opportunities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales conversations with consultative selling
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing B2B clients
- Deliver client management and customer service throughout the sales cycle
- Coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups with internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity in Salesforce and Salesloft
- Support account management initiatives and timely client communication
- Represent the company in Arabic- and English-speaking markets
What you'll need
- 2+ years in Sales Development, SaaS sales, or B2B outbound sales
- 1+ years selling online educational products or testing platforms preferred
- Experience with Salesforce and Salesloft
- Excellent written and verbal Arabic and English
- Proven client relationship management and customer service skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Comfortable in structured, KPI-driven sales processes
- Account management or client-facing support experience an advantage
