Associate, Sales Development (Mandarin Speaker)

A full-time sales development role based in Kuala Lumpur focused on outbound phone and email engagement to sell or renew client contracts and meet revenue quotas. It requires English and Mandarin and involves sales forecasting, CRM upkeep, and objection handling.

• Sell and/or renew client contracts
• Articulate product or service value to customers
• Achieve revenue-based quota
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts
• Address customer concerns and product usage roadblocks
• Handle high volume of outbound phone and email contacts
• Maintain CRM data
• Qualify and convert leads and renew contracts
