What you'll do
- Receive inbound phone calls, emails, and chats
- Resolve complex interactions using escalation processes
- Follow up with customers by phone or email
- Document customer interactions
- Assist with purchase transactions and pre/post-purchase support
- Locate requested information and parts
- Maintain product knowledge
- Support consumer sales and product inquiries
What you'll need
- High school diploma
- Sales experience
- Fluent in English
- Typing 30 WPM with 80% accuracy
- CRM software experience
- On-site in Melbourne, Florida
- Successful completion of written skills assessment
