About the role
This is an on-site B2B sales development role in Alexandria, Egypt, focused on outbound calls and emails to sell or renew client services and meet revenue quotas. It requires English and Spanish and reports to a Sales Manager.
What you'll do
- Sell renewals/services and meet revenue-based quota
- Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts
- Manage high-volume outbound phone and email customer contacts
- Handle customer concerns and product usage roadblocks
- Manage objections to retain or win customers
- Maintain CRM data
- Qualify and convert leads
- Report to a Sales Manager
