About the role
Remote customer care role for a commercial bank, combining customer inquiries, complaint resolution, and banking transaction support. It is open to Nigeria-based candidates with an OND and includes benefits such as HMO, pension, leave, and a 13-month allowance.
What you'll do
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
- Resolve customer complaints and investigate discrepancies
- Assist with online and mobile banking issues
- Facilitate account opening, loan applications, and card issuance
- Educate customers on banking products and cross-sell services
- Maintain customer records and document interactions
- Meet service metrics such as response time and satisfaction scores
What you'll need
- OND holder with minimum Lower Credit
- Applicants must be 27 years old as of last birthday
- Strong numerical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Integrity and professionalism
- Banking operations experience is an added advantage
