What you'll do
- Resolve real-time table operation incidents such as dealer errors, software issues, or network problems
- Monitor critical systems and infrastructure and escalate alerts

- Ensure timely and accurate resolutions for client and end-user issues
- Record incidents and prepare post-resolution reports
- Coordinate case resolutions across internal teams
- Support seamless execution of shift activities
- Proactively identify and address potential issues
What you'll need
