About the role
Inbound and outbound call center role for an exclusive real estate project in New Cairo, Egypt. Agents qualify leads, arrange sales appointments, and update CRM records; fresh graduates are welcome.
What you'll do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Introduce the real estate project to prospective clients
- Understand customer needs and provide project information
- Qualify leads and arrange appointments for sales
- Follow up with potential clients
- Update customer information and call activities in CRM
- Achieve daily and monthly call center targets
- Maintain a professional customer-focused approach
What you'll need
- Previous call center or telesales experience preferred
- Fresh graduates welcome
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Good command of Arabic
- English is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Presentable, proactive, customer-oriented
