Tele‑Sales Support Agent – Dutch B2

A tele-sales support agent role in Cairo handling Arabic- and Dutch-speaking customers by phone and chat, following up on leads and supporting the sales team. It stands out for requiring Dutch at B2 level alongside fluent Arabic, with a 1–3 year experience band.

• Handle customer inquiries and follow up with potential customers
• Communicate with Arabic- and Dutch-speaking customers by phone, chat and other channels
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Handle customer requests, questions and basic concerns
• Maintain records of interactions, follow-ups and lead status
• Coordinate with the sales team on lead follow-up
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant team
• Support daily and monthly operational and sales objectives

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
• 1–3 years in tele-sales, sales support, customer service or call center
• Fluent Arabic
• Dutch level B2 or above
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
