About the role
Account Expert (Chinese-speaking) at an ecommerce email and SMS marketing platform, advising top-tier merchants and partners on customer success and digital marketing. It is fully remote and open worldwide, requires English and Chinese, and pays from €1,800/month plus commission.
What you'll do
- Advise top-tier customers as a trusted advisor
- Develop digital marketing strategies to grow merchant revenue
- Onboard clients including contact migration and campaign setup
- Respond to client questions and provide strategic guidance
- Review dashboards, escalate issues, and document troubleshooting
- Keep merchants updated on product releases
- Conduct QBRs and set quarterly goals
What you'll need
- 1-2 years customer success experience
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics
- Creative problem-solving track record
- Fluency in English and Chinese
- Comfort with renewal/cancellation conversations
- Excellent chat, phone, video, email and WeChat communication
- Strong time management and independent ownership
- Familiarity with Slack, Zoom, Intercom, Hubspot, G-Suite or ecommerce platforms
