What you'll do
- Onboard new referrals and document student learning gaps
- Update the internal job board with student profiles

- Audit attendance daily and follow up on missed sessions
- Call families with waning attendance to troubleshoot issues
- Respond to family queries and resolve scheduling or technical hurdles
- Conduct outbound outreach to lost or referred leads
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 2–3 years progressive professional experience
- English and Spanish proficiency
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Remote operations experience
