What you'll do
- Resolve cases submitted by carrier partners
- Complete onboarding data collection, verification, and follow-up
- Track case progress through various systems
- Document case outcomes and updates
- Prioritize multiple cases and meet deadlines
- Escalate complex issues to stakeholders
What you'll need
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Work 40 hours/week and overtime as required
- 18 years of age or older
- Preferred: experience pulling data from databases
