What you'll do
- Collect unpaid consumer debt via inbound and outbound dialing
- Assign consumer debt inventory and meet collection targets
- Collect accounts in compliance with regulations and internal standards
- Use skip-tracing tools to obtain updated customer information
- Provide daily coverage of accounts until payment arrangements are made
- Detail discussions and actions in collections system or database
- Navigate multiple systems quickly
What you'll need
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or valid open work permit
- High school graduate/GED
- Minimum 1 year collections and/or customer service experience
- Prior call center experience
- French and English bilingual
