About the role
Inbound sales role for Pineca Group's Spain market, converting phone and online inquiries into sales of prefabricated wooden buildings. It is a six-month contract with remote work and monthly on-target earnings of EUR 2,600–3,800 gross including an uncapped performance bonus.
What you'll do
- Convert inbound phone and online inquiries into sales
- Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions
- Follow up with customers and manage sales pipeline
- Keep CRM information up to date
- Support customers through post-order delivery
- Coordinate with architects and factory
- Share knowledge and improve sales practices
- Elevate customer support quality
What you'll need
- Spanish C1+
- English B level or above
- Active sales experience
- B2C sales experience preferred
- CRM system experience
- High-value or customizable product sales advantage
- MS Office/Google Workspace skills
- Strong communication, empathy and collaboration
