Specialist, Customer Acquisition ‑ Bilingual (Sao Paulo)

Outbound telesales role for a bilingual Portuguese/English customer acquisition specialist based in Sao Paulo, focused on selling and renewing contracts by phone and email. Requires 2+ years of customer service or sales experience and Salesforce CRM familiarity.

• Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts
• Master product knowledge and assess client requirements
• Address customer concerns and product usage roadblocks
• Handle objections to retain customers and win new customers
• Manage high-volume customer contacts by phone and email
• Provide professional customer and prospect interactions
• Maintain CRM data
• Qualify leads, convert leads, conduct health checks, and renew contracts

• 2+ years in customer service or sales
• Sales quota/goal achievement
• High-volume calling experience
• Ability to learn new technology and data
• Problem solving skills
• Excellent MS Office knowledge
• Salesforce.com or similar CRM experience
• Willingness to work from home
