About the role
A client services representative role providing phone and email support to medical laboratory clients, logging and resolving requests in a CRM system. It is an on-site position at the Eurofins Biomnis lab in Sandyford, Dublin 18, with rotating weekday shifts and some Saturday cover.
What you'll do
- Provide phone and email support for client service requests
- Log and resolve service requests on the CRM system
- Liaise with laboratory staff and referral labs on critical patient information
- Escalate issues and report unusual trends to the Client Services Manager
- Maintain department documentation and training records on QPulse
- Cover colleagues' duties during annual leave or absences
What you'll need
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent
- Ideally 2 years' client service or secretarial experience in a healthcare organisation
- Excellent English language and typing skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of healthcare or science an advantage
- Experience with LIMS or CRM systems an advantage
- Must be based on site in Sandyford, Dublin 18
