About the role
This is a remote freelance full-time German-speaking pre-sales/customer support role focused on calling leads and customers to book or rebook doctor's appointments. It requires C1 German and B2 English, uses HubSpot, and includes paid training plus paid vacation and sick leave.
What you'll do
- Make follow-up calls to leads to book doctor's appointments
- Call customers who canceled to re-book appointments
- Manage customer database in HubSpot CRM
- Perform additional administrative tasks
- Report to senior management
What you'll need
- Fluent German at C1 level
- English at B2 level
- Windows 10 or 11 laptop
- 6GB RAM, i5 CPU, 256GB SSD
- Headset with microphone
- Available for full-time freelance remote work
