Customer Service Advisor ‑ Mactan 2025

Customer Service Advisor handling inbound and outbound calls plus internet inquiries, resolving routine product or service issues and meeting contractual KPIs. The role is full-time and based in Cebu, Philippines, with rotating shifts and only three to six months of relevant experience preferred.

• Handle inbound calls, outbound calls, or internet inquiries
• Resolve routine customer problems regarding products or services
• Meet contractual KPIs
• Clarify customer requirements and probe for understanding
• Greet customers courteously and professionally
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services
• Document and retrieve information in call tracking database
• Offer additional products and/or services

• High school diploma
• Three to six months of relevant experience preferred
• Strong customer service orientation
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
• Dependable with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changes quickly
• Ability to rotate shifts as needed
