What you'll do
- Answer inbound calls and respond to emails/chats from leads
- Qualify potential clients and complete intake process
- Set up Filevine projects and register contracts/documents
- Organize contracts, termination letters, photos, and other documents on Dropbox
- Follow up on assigned leads and clean up old leads
- Transfer calls and escalate to appropriate team members
- Send submission emails and complete clinic referrals
- Close contracts
What you'll need
- Fully bilingual English and Spanish
- Sales background
- Personal injury experience is a plus
- Own PC or laptop
- Wired internet connection recommended
- Noise-canceling headset and quiet workspace
- Responsible for local taxes
