What you'll do
- Handle inbound calls, outbound calls, or internet inquiries
- Resolve routine customer problems regarding products or services
- Meet contractual KPIs
- Clarify customer requirements and use decision-support tools
- Greet customers courteously and professionally
- Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services
- Document and track information in call tracking database
- Offer additional products or services
What you'll need
- High school diploma
- Three to six months of relevant experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- Dependable with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changes quickly
- Ability to rotate shifts as needed
