It requires at least one year of B2C/B2B customer service experience, B2 English, own equipment, and graveyard US hours, with entry-level pay up to PHP 31,000 per month plus HMO.
What you'll do
- Manage inbound and outbound calls
- Resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
- Ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction
- Keep records of customer interactions and update customer accounts
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Engage customers
- Perform ad hoc tasks
What you'll need
- At least 1 year as a Customer Service Representative in B2C or B2B
- Excellent English communication skills, at least B2 level
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging skills
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Tech savvy with CRM, VoIP, cloud services, and desktop sharing
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling
- Able to work a graveyard shift; own USB headset, webcam, computer, and reliable internet
