What you'll do
- Assist customers by phone and/or chat
- Handle account management and billing inquiries
- Support content and navigation questions
- Troubleshoot system configurations and network settings
- Respond to order and refund queries
- Provide accurate real-time responses
What you'll need

- Willing to relocate to Greece
