About the role
Customer experience role supporting German-speaking customers for an automotive brand via phone, email and live chat. Based in Dunton, Essex, it requires native German and strong English and offers £34,500 per year plus benefits.
What you'll do
- Support German-speaking customers by phone, email, and chat
- Handle general enquiries, product questions, and after-sales support
- Resolve customer concerns using available resources
- Liaise with Sales, Technical Support, Warranty Teams, and Dealerships
- Document customer interactions in CRM systems
- Follow up on customer emails and voicemail messages
- Meet performance objectives and service metrics
- Participate in customer experience and process improvement initiatives
What you'll need
- Native German speaker or C2-level fluency
- Professional fluency in English
- Customer service, customer experience, or contact centre experience
- Experience handling enquiries by phone, email, and digital channels
- Further Education, A-Levels, Higher/ONC qualification, or equivalent experience
- Comfortable using multiple systems and screens
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Automotive industry interest desirable
