Sales Development Representative Bilingual Spanish‑English Remote LATAM

Outbound sales development role for a remote assistant-staffing company: calling, texting and emailing leads, booking demos and closing business owners, plus first-line handling of customer inquiries. It is a 20-hour-per-week part-time post on US Pacific hours with a monthly salary of $1,500–$2,300, but it is open only to candidates in Latin America.

• Contact potential and existing customers across channels to build a lead pipeline
• Qualify prospects and match company services to their needs
• Schedule sales demos and meetings
• Set up and manage CRM or contact lists
• Follow up on leads proactively via calls, SMS and email in Go High Level
• Set up phone calls to close sales with business owners
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints as first point of contact
• Coordinate with internal teams on sales strategy and reporting

• Bachelor's degree or certificate course
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with proven quota achievement
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal
• Strong phone, email and instant messaging skills
• Tech savvy: CRM, VoIP, MS Office, Google Calendar
• Comfortable and professional with LGBTQ+ community and topics
• Spanish speaking (nice to have, not mandatory)
• USB noise-cancelling headset, webcam, 1.8 GHz/4GB computer, 25 Mbps cable internet plus 10 Mbps backup
