About the role
MoneyGram is hiring a remote Customer Support Specialist to handle inbound calls and assist customers and agents through chat, email, and social media. The role requires one year of customer service experience and fluency in Bahasa and English, with benefits including health insurance and remote work flexibility.
What you'll do
- Serve customers and agents via phone, chat, email, and social media
- Provide accurate information on products, services, transactions, and policies
- Resolve inquiries and troubleshoot issues
- Process amendments, refunds, cancellations, and other requests
- Verify customer information and follow compliance protocols
- Document customer interactions in designated systems
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues
- Meet quality, productivity, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction goals
What you'll need
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum one year of customer service, contact center, retail, hospitality, banking, or financial services experience, including inbound calls
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian
- Native Bahasa speaker or fluent written and spoken Bahasa required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability to changing processes, procedures, and technologies
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
