About the role
Remote role combining inbound customer support with outbound sales and business development for a UK construction, property, and surveying services client. It requires confident phone, email, and WhatsApp communication, CRM work, lead qualification, and availability during UK hours.
What you'll do
- Respond promptly to inbound enquiries
- Help clients choose the right service
- Qualify inbound leads and convert them into booked surveys or consultations
- Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Support outbound outreach campaigns
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Update CRM entries, leads, and pipeline stages
- Coordinate with surveyors and operations to schedule appointments
What you'll need
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles
- Ideally experience in property, construction, surveying, real estate, or related sectors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident professional phone manner
- Ability to understand client needs and recommend services
