Outbound B2B sales role for Concentrix in Maadi, Cairo, focused on selling and renewing client products through phone and email. It involves high-volume customer contact, sales forecasting, objection handling, and CRM record keeping.

• Sell and renew client products or services
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts
• Assess client requirements using product and service knowledge
• Address customer concerns and product usage roadblocks
• Handle objections and retain or win customers
• Manage high-volume customer contacts by phone and email
• Maintain CRM data
• Qualify leads, convert leads, and renew contracts
