- Sell renewals and services within assigned territory
- Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts
- Handle high-volume outbound phone and email contacts
- Retain customers and handle objections
- Resolve customer concerns and roadblocks
- Maintain CRM records
- Qualify and convert leads
- Report to Sales Manager
