About the role
A call center role handling inbound and outbound customer calls about loan products, application status, repayments and account details. It is an on-site full-time position in New Cairo, Cairo, Egypt, focused on CRM documentation, FRA/CBE compliance and call-center KPIs.
What you'll do
- Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups and campaigns
- Document customer interactions in CRM or ticketing systems
- Verify customer identity and escalate complex issues
- Resolve basic complaints at first contact
- Monitor call handling time and adhere to KPIs
- Participate in training sessions and team briefings
- Support special outbound campaigns such as cross-selling and retention
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Communication, or relevant discipline
- 2 to 4 years’ experience preferred in Brokerage Operations
- Experience in financial services, telecom, or fast-paced service industries preferred
- Ability to manage large teams and high-volume customer interaction environments
- CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
- Call routing and telephony systems such as Genesys or Avaya
- Workforce management tools such as Verint or NICE
- Knowledge of FRA and CBE regulatory communication guidelines
