About the role
Inbound sales role in Valencia (hybrid) for Dutch and English speakers, handling qualified inbound calls and outbound business development for commercial customers. It is a full-time permanent contract with paid training, a base salary plus bonus, and private medical insurance.
What you'll do
- Manage qualified inbound calls for commercial business development
- Perform outbound calls to develop and acquire new business
- Log all customer contacts in the CRM system
- Give feedback on sales activity
- Identify the right contacts at customers
- Track, manage and report ongoing sales pipeline activity
- Account management of gold customers and partners
What you'll need
- Proficient or bilingual Dutch
- Advanced English
- One year of related sales experience
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong telephone and presentation skills
- Goal achievement through negotiation and teamwork
- Innovation and good judgment/problem-solving
- Time and work prioritization
