About the role
Six-month contract supplier support role based fully onsite in Assent's Eldoret, Kenya office. It involves email, chat and calls with suppliers to collect compliance information, troubleshoot requests, and ensure document quality.
What you'll do
- Communicate with suppliers via email, chat and conference calls
- Gather compliance information and assist with compliance requests
- Confirm quality of documents provided by suppliers
- Handle supplier emails and chats to troubleshoot and navigate requests
- Engage unresponsive suppliers through multiple channels and education
- Provide language support for translations, webinars and prospect calls
- Validate and ensure quality assurance for compliance data
- Collaborate with Program Success on customer campaigns and supplier issues
What you'll need
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Additional language proficiency for certain supplier groups
- Bachelor's Degree or higher diploma
- 1-2 years related work experience
- Strong time management and ability to juggle priorities
- Computer proficiency with MS Office Suite and Google Applications
- Self-starter able to meet assigned deadlines
