About the role
Customer service role assisting Nordic- and English-speaking customers via email, chat, and telephone for an online gambling company. The job is based in Malta with hybrid work, rotating shifts, training provided, and relocation support.
What you'll do
- Assist Nordic-speaking and English-speaking customers via email, chat, and telephone
- Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and KPIs
- Translate promotional texts and customer surveys into your local language
- Manage customer accounts
- Follow policies on player safety, protection, and responsible gaming
What you'll need
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and a Nordic language
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Background in customer service
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Additional language skills are a plus
