About the role
A Dutch-speaking sales development role for Concentrix's cloud solutions team, based on-site or hybrid in Valencia, Spain. It involves first-contact sales, advising small and medium businesses on cloud products, and upselling or cross-selling with a Spanish contract and relocation support.
What you'll do
- Act as first contact for customers
- Advise businesses on adopting cloud technologies
- Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities
- Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Collect and relay customer feedback
What you'll need
- Proficient in Dutch
- Fluent in English
- 1-2 years IT sales or account/customer management experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
