Associate, Renewal Sales ‑ Bilingual

A bilingual renewals sales associate role focused on managing contract renewals, forecasting, and retaining B2B customers through outbound phone and email. It is a hybrid position based in Costa Rica and requires English B2 plus Spanish, with 1.5+ years in sales support, renewals, customer success, or account management.

• Manage contract renewals and services sales within assigned territory
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts
• Retain customers and handle objections
• Manage high volume of outbound phone and email contacts
• Maintain CRM data
• Qualify and convert leads
• Address customer concerns and roadblocks
• Report to a Sales Manager

• Fluent English B2 required
• Spanish required
• 1.5+ years in sales support, renewals, customer success, or account management
• High school diploma mandatory
• Availability for hybrid work in Costa Rica
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience
• Sales forecasting experience
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
