About the role
Boulevard is hiring an Onboarding Manager to lead a team of 8–12 Onboarding Specialists for its Small/Medium Business segment. The role focuses on activation velocity, forecast accuracy, coaching, and customer risk management within the Customer Experience team.
What you'll do
- Manage and develop a team of 8–12 Onboarding Specialists
- Run structured 1:1s, coaching, and performance reviews
- Drive team activation velocity against benchmark targets
- Maintain forecast accuracy and hold specialists accountable for commits
- Run structured weekly portfolio reviews
- Own customer risk identification and mitigation strategies
- Identify systemic bottlenecks and recommend scalable process improvements
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Revenue Operations, and Finance
