About the role
Customer support agent for 5CA handling email, live chat, social media, and phone for consumer electronics and e-commerce clients. Requires Cantonese, Traditional Chinese writing, and advanced English, with 100% remote work and training.
What you'll do
- Provide customer service via email, live chat, social media, and phone
- Troubleshoot customer issues calmly
- Assist customers with product and service problems
- Complete assisted training and improve support skills
- Support multinational consumer electronics and e-commerce clients
What you'll need
- Cantonese and advanced English
- Write in Traditional Chinese
