Outbound Sales Development Representative (BBS754)

An outbound sales development role booking meetings for a B2B sales intelligence platform, working phone, email and LinkedIn outreach with AI tools built into the daily workflow. It is fully remote and paid in USD bi-monthly, but the schedule is a fixed rotation of three weekdays plus both weekend days, so weekend availability is mandatory.

• Run high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn to target accounts
• Research and qualify prospects using sales intelligence tools and AI-assisted research
• Write personalized cold outreach that gets responses without reading as spam
• Handle objections and keep conversations moving toward a booked meeting
• Maintain accurate outreach and pipeline records in the CRM
• Book qualified meetings for the sales team with full qualification notes
• Use AI tools daily to research accounts and draft messaging
• Track activity volume, response rates and meeting conversion metrics

• Prior SDR, outbound sales or lead generation experience with a track record of booking meetings
• Strong spoken and written English (non-negotiable)
• Comfort using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT daily
• Experience with CRM platforms for logging activity and managing pipeline
• Confident phone presence and resilience to rejection
• Self-directed and able to hit daily activity targets
• Available 3 weekdays plus Saturday and Sunday on a rotational shift basis
