About the role
Telesales role at QNB Egypt calling prospective customers to present banking products and open new accounts, based on-site in New Cairo or Giza. It requires Arabic and English, a bachelor's degree, and 0–2 years of retail sales experience.
What you'll do
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Present financial products and explain benefits
- Initiate new customer accounts
- Deliver required documents on time
- Prepare sales progress reports
- Attend regular sales review meetings
- Comply with CBE, AML, and internal policies
- Follow department SOPs and instructions
What you'll need
- Bachelor's in commerce, business administration, or related field
- 0–2 years of retail sales experience
- Good command of English and Arabic
- Basic computer skills
- Basic selling, communication, and negotiation skills
