About the role
Outbound sales role contacting potential and existing customers to generate leads, schedule demos, and manage CRM records. It is fully remote, offers full-time or part-time US-hours schedules, and requires at least two years of sales experience plus C1 English.
What you'll do
- Contact potential and existing customers to create a lead pipeline
- Build rapport and assess product/service fit
- Schedule sales demos and meetings
- Set up and manage a CRM or contact list
- Collaborate with internal teams on lead generation
- Set sales goals and report performance
- Create, distribute, and compile customer surveys
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree or certificate course
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Proven ability to meet sales quotas
- C1-level English written and verbal
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging skills
- CRM and VoIP familiarity
- MS Office and Google Calendar skills
- Able to work a graveyard shift
