Costumer Service Agent in Greek

Inbound and outbound customer service role for Greek-speaking advisors at Concentrix in Tirana, Albania. It involves resolving routine product or service issues, documenting calls, and offering additional products, with English and Greek required.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Clarify customer requirements and provide resolutions
• Greet customers courteously and professionally
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services
• Document accounts accurately
• Offer additional products or services
• Track and retrieve information in call tracking database
• Refer inquiries to published materials or senior staff

• High school diploma
• Three to six months of relevant experience preferred
• English required
• Greek required
• Strong computer navigation and PC knowledge
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation
• Ability to rotate shifts as needed
• Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced environment
