About the role
Customer-facing food supplements support role at Eurofins in Hamburg-Harburg, advising clients on food law, analysis and quality questions and preparing test reports and quotations. It requires a food chemistry degree with Second State Examination, German C1 and English B2, and is based at the Hamburg site.
What you'll do
- Advise food supplement customers on food law, analytical and quality questions
- Create test reports, food law assessments, label checks and expert opinions
- Coordinate timely sample processing and manage external partners
- Calculate and create quotations and individual solution concepts
- Develop solutions for quality-related challenges with customers
What you'll need
- Completed degree in food chemistry with Second State Examination
- Very good knowledge of food and feed law and food analysis
- Very good German skills at least C1
- Good English skills B2
- First experience in consulting or customer work ideal
- Strong communication skills
- Structured and independent working style
