About the role
This is an on-site customer service representative and courier role in Sunnyvale, CA, handling sample intake, CRM entry, courier pickups and drop-offs, and reception calls. It requires U.S. citizenship due to ITAR and includes physical courier duties, so it is not remote work.
What you'll do
- Enter samples into the CRM system
- Manage incoming and outgoing couriers
- Process return samples to customers
- Back up courier for client sample pickups and drop-offs
- Support internal and external customers
- Support receptionist desk and answer incoming calls
- Partner with Customer Service and Operations teams
What you'll need
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- 3+ years Customer Service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- SAP or other CRM database experience a plus
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift ~25 lbs
- Ability to work Mon-Fri 8am-5:30pm
