About the role
A remote client success role at Digistore24 focused on long-term customer support and software/online-marketing consulting. It requires fluent German and English and at least two years of customer-support experience.
What you'll do
- Manage a fixed customer base and build long-term relationships
- Answer software and online-marketing questions in writing and by phone
- Support customers across channels such as WhatsApp
- Act as central contact for feature requests and bug reports
- Verify bugs and forward structured information to development
- Identify improvement potential from customer contact
- Represent Digistore24 at VIP events, business lunches, and trade fairs
What you'll need
- Fluent German and English
- At least 2 years of customer-support experience
- Communicate precisely and in a recipient-friendly way
- Defuse conflicts with sensitivity and solution focus
- Work in a structured and reliable way
- Set priorities independently
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a nice-to-have
- Online marketing experience is a nice-to-have
